Municipality building in al khor (Qatar / Al khor city)
The first completed project of Promer Qatar was the Renovation and Maintenance of Al Khor
Municipality Building which was handed over in August 2008 to Ashghal. The Al Khor and Al
Dhakria Municipalities have expressed their appreciation for the work that has been done for
the renovation of the building.

Alternation & Renovation works of old fish market building (Qatar/Al khor):
The Al Khor Fish Market has been handed over to Al Khor Municipality by Ashghal in November 2009. The complex, with a strikingly beautiful sea view, has 19 storeys, a multipurpose hall, a café, restaurants and a heritage tower with a water fountain. The old fish market has been turned into a boutique shopping mall.

Inspection yard and offices at Doha port (Qatar/Doha city):
Located in Doha, the Doha Port is the main hub for Qatar’s shipping needs. As an Ashghal
project, we have completed the buildings for inspection and offices to serve as a key point for
the port’s needs.

Building for Qatar General Organization for Standards and Metrology at Abu Hamour
Promer Qatar has completed the administrative headquarter building for the Department of Laboratories and Standardization Affairs – Ministry of Environment. The project, which has an architectural feature of a blend of modernity and Qatari heritage, is a three-storey mansion built over 3300m2. The building plays an important role as the Headquarters of Gulf Building Codes as well.

Construction of Extension to Laundry and Warehouse at Al Khor Hospital
The extension of Al Khor Hospital project consisted of complex systems such Waste Management Building, Laundry Building, Warehouse Building, Pump Room & Yard Area, Water Chilling Plant, Boiler Room, Building Security & Automation Systems and Trench & Piping.

Ceremonial National Day Road (Link road between Dukhan Road and North Road) - Construction of Toilet Blocks
21 Blocks of Toilets within the ceremonial national day road was completed as a fast track
construction and an appriciation letter was recevied because of this sucess.
